Responsibilities

• Explain wash options, memberships, promotions, and pricing.
• Recommend Unlimited Wash Club memberships to maximize value.
• Process purchases using cash and card systems.
• Guide vehicles safely into the wash tunnel and monitor operations.
• Keep vacuum areas, tunnels, and customer spaces clean and organized.
• Conduct routine cleaning and site maintenance.
• Collaborate with teammates for safe, efficient operations.
• Address customer concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude.
