Job summary

WashU Car Wash is hiring for a Customer Experience & Sales Associate in Carol Stream, IL. This role combines customer service with sales, helping guests choose wash packages and promoting Unlimited Wash Club memberships.

You'll greet customers, explain options, process payments, and ensure a friendly, efficient visit. Training is provided, with opportunities to grow as the business expands.

• Guiding vehicles safely into the wash tunnel.
• Monitoring wash operations to help deliver a quality experience.
• Keeping vacuum areas, tunnels, and customer spaces clean and organized.
• Completing routine cleaning and general site maintenance.
• Working alongside teammates to maintain a safe, efficient operation.
