Job summary

WashU Car Wash, located in Carol Stream, IL, is seeking a Customer Experience & Sales Associate to join our outdoors-friendly team. This role offers either full-time or part-time hours, with pay of $15-$16 per hour plus uncapped commission (top performers earn $20+ per hour).

You will help guests choose wash options, introduce Unlimited Wash Club memberships, and process payments with a friendly, efficient approach.

What You'll Do

As a Customer Experience & Sales Associate, you'll be one of the first people our guests meet. You'll help customers choose the wash package that best fits their needs, introduce them to our Unlimited Wash Club, and make sure every visit is friendly, efficient, and enjoyable.

Your day may include:
