Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC in Dry Ridge, KY is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. You will greet guests, answer questions, and assist with product recommendations while processing sales at the register.

You will also help keep the store clean, stocked, and safe, unload merchandise, and support daily operations with friendly, professional interactions with customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environments preferred.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Process sales transactions at the register and secure cash.
• Maintain store cleanliness and restock merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks as needed.
