Job summary

JD Finish Line is seeking a motivated Associate to support daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will help shape the store's success and contribute to the company’s growth in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities include creating memorable shopping experiences, driving sales through product management and promotions, and maintaining inventory and visual merchandising. Candidates should be flexible, customer-focused, and comfortable with POS systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role; proven track record of achieving sales targets is preferred.
• Customer-centric approach with a passion for service.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Tech-savvy with basic math and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of service.
• Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management, promotions, and achieving sales targets.
• Participate in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance; ensure compliance with policies and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals; adhere to policies including health and safety regulations.
• Take on additional duties and projects as required.
