Job summary

Finish Line is seeking an Associate to assist with daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will help shape the store's success and contribute to our growth. This role requires a customer-centric mindset, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility to work mornings, days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Basic math and POS familiarity are a plus. Join a dynamic team to drive sales, manage inventory, and maintain attractive visual merchandising

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Clear spoken English; read/write and basic math in English.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management, promotions, and achieving sales targets.
• Participate in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance.
• Collaborate with team to meet sales and operating goals.
• Perform additional duties and projects as required.
