Job summary

PMG Carolinas LLC is seeking a proactive team member to enhance the customer experience at our Sanford, NC store. You will greet customers, operate the cash register, and handle daily store tasks with speed and accuracy while maintaining merchandising standards.

Responsibilities include stocking, cooler merchandising, and closing out shift paperwork. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with reliability and transportation essential for the role.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide an exceptional experience.
• Operate cash register per PMG standards and handle cash transactions.
• Perform daily store tasks with speed, accuracy and efficiency.
• Merchandise sales floor and stock shelves.
• Assist with cooler merchandising and vendor check-ins.
• Report daily issues to management and follow safety procedures.
• Maintain integrity and respect in all interactions.
• Support management with other assigned tasks.
• Assist with exterior/interior cleaning.
