Job summary

Qualifications

• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver courteous, fast checkout service at the assigned cash register.
• Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services; resolve issues for a positive experience.
• Recommend items for sale and suggest trade-up and companion items to customers.
• Register purchases, handle cash, and process returns, exchanges, refunds, and rain checks as needed.
• Keep counters and shelves clean, merchandised, and price merchandise; assist with stock rotation and restocks.
• Assist with store maintenance, displays, and promotional resets; ensure compliance with policies.
• Provide customer service in the photo area and web-pickup responsibilities as needed.
• Attend training and complete requested PPLs.
