• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Sales & Performance: Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management and promotional strategies.
• Operational Excellence: Assist with inventory, visual merchandising, shipments, order fulfillment, and store maintenance.
• Team Collaboration: Work with teammates to achieve store goals and policies.
