Job summary

PMG Carolinas LLC is seeking a Store Associate in North Carolina to deliver exceptional customer service and support daily store operations. You will greet customers, handle cash, stock shelves, merchandise coolers, check in vendors, and assist management with tasks while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED (preferred) and be able to lift, stand, and bend for shifts.

• Customer service experience is essential.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, stand and bend for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide an exceptional experience on an ongoing basis
• Operate cash register, according to PMG standards, surrounding cash handling, record keeping, lottery management, and shift paperwork
• Execute daily store tasks with speed, accuracy, and efficiency
• Sales Floor Merchandising/Stocking
• Cooler Merchandising
• Vendor Check-Ins
• Communication of daily issues/challenges with Management
• Ensure PMG policies and procedures surrounding Safety and Operational Excellence are executed
• Perform work with Integrity, Honesty, and Respect
• Support Management with other assigned tasks
• Exterior/Interior Cleaning
