Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Associate at our retail stores to assist with daily operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You’ll help shape the store’s success and contribute to growth through strong service and teamwork. As an Associate, you’ll welcome customers, process transactions with accuracy, support inventory and displays, and collaborate with teammates to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Retail experience with sales targets preferred.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Enhance customer experience by addressing needs and resolving issues.
• Drive store sales through merchandise and promotions.
• Support daily operations including inventory and housekeeping.
• Collaborate with team to hit store targets and adhere to policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
