Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and following customer experience principles.
• Accurately ring up purchases/returns and handle cash according to procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
• Support store safety, cleanliness, and loss-prevention goals.
• Be prepared to work in multiple store areas and cross-train as needed.
