Finish Line in the United States is seeking a Store Associate to assist with daily operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will help shape the store’s success and contribute to the company’s growth.

This role requires a set weekly availability including mornings, days, and nights, with weekend and holiday shifts. You will handle merchandising, inventory, POS transactions, and customer service while adhering to policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or a similar role with a track record of customer service.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and use a POS system.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Clear spoken English and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional in-store shopping experience by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Drive sales through effective merchandise management and promotional activities.
