Formación

• Experience in retail or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets is preferred.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets.
• Participate in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance; ensure compliance with policies and health & safety regulations.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals; adhere to policies and procedures.
