• Adhere to all operating, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-train to work in multiple store areas to support business needs.
• Model established customer experience practices with customers and teammates.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs and uphold merchandising procedures.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures.
• Participate in store recovery and maintain store safety and cleanliness.
• Support shrink reduction goals and participate in safety initiatives.
