National Car Rental at the Sarasota Bradenton Airport (SRQ) is seeking a Seasonal Customer Experience Representative to deliver friendly, efficient service and manage the rental process from start to finish.

You will verify driver information, communicate rental terms and vehicle features, and assist with bookings, returns, and customer inquiries. This role offers a $19/hour starting wage and a seasonal schedule at SRQ Airport.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work sponsorship now or in the future.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your driving record in the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Provide superior, efficient customer service by explaining rental terms and vehicle features.
• Use Company approved sales techniques to determine customer needs and offer protection products, upgrades, and other options.
• Offer directions, maps, and local area information to customers.
• Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, and general questions with clear information.
• Place outgoing calls for callbacks and follow-up as assigned.
• Assist to assess condition of rental upon return.
• Notify Management of any known customer or vehicle problems.
• Pursue on the job training and company-sponsored classroom training.

This position is located at the Sarasota Bradenton Airport (SRQ) - 6000 Airport Cir, Sarasota, FL 34243. The starting pay rate is $19 / hour.

Responsibilities

• Offer additional customer assistance by offering directions, maps, local area information, and appropriate service information
• Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions and answers, provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, and other vendors
• Place outgoing calls for callback management, and miscellaneous calls as assigned
• Assist to assess condition of rental upon return
• Notify Management of any known customer problems
• Notify Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance
• Continuously build knowledge and skills, pursue on the job training and development opportunities and any company sponsored classroom training
• Perform miscellaneous and backup duties job-related duties as assigned
