About You: You've got the answers when it comes to growing a real estate agents business, connecting with our customers in a consultative manner. Give a demonstration? Yes. Show a top performer how to save time generating the marketing for their listing? Absolutely. Reach out to a customer just to welcome them to Corefact? You cant wait to say hello!

Candidates must live in an area that is commutable to Las Vegas on a daily basis. This role will start remote but may be an in person role down the line.

About the Role: Customers sign up on our website daily to buy Corefact services and products. A Customer Experience Representative I serves as a connector between the customer and Corefact, aligning the customers' needs to the programs and services available. Must come into the office 5x a week. You'll be helping our customers be more successful in their business, turning incoming customers into Corefact evangelists!

A Typical Day As a Corefact Customer Experience Representative

• Reach out to priority day 1 customers and align their needs to our programs and services (they tell us when they sign up, so you'll be reading the notes and helping them!)
• Help our customers place their first order. And their second!
• Listen to our customers needs. Youll have answers for them, and theyll love you for it!
• Hold product/program demonstrations and sign up interested customers to these products/programs
• Reach out to purchasing customers in month two and three - make super customers!

• Things are looking up! New customers are purchasing the products they need, and more frequently
• Our customer base is growing faster than before thanks to your efforts - they love that you reached out and helped them solve a problem
• You've helped hundreds of customers engage with Corefact this month and improve their business. Corefact products and programs make our customers money!

• Real Estate experience; Real Estate marketing representative, selling real estate personally, Title Insurance (Title Representative), or Sales in Print and Marketing
