J.B. Hunt in West Des Moines, IA seeks a Customer Experience Representative to execute freight orders and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will build strong relationships with customers and coordinate with operations to meet service levels.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment. You will enter orders, schedule pickups, monitor status, and respond to inquiries to maximize freight potential and customer satisfaction.

• High School Diploma/GED with 1–2 years of Customer Service or Sales experience OR Bachelor's Degree
