Job summary

Coastal Waste & Recycling is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to deliver exceptional service via phone, email, and other channels. You'll respond to inquiries, process service requests, and collaborate with Operations to ensure accurate, timely support.

Our Customer Experience Representatives work together to support customers across all of our markets, partnering with Operations to ensure every customer receives timely, accurate, and caring service.Your RoleAs a Customer Experience Representative, you'll help customers by answering questions, resolving concerns, processing service requests, and partnering with Operations to deliver a seamless customer experience.
