Process and distribute incoming mail to corporate employees. Manage outgoing packages, package items, ensure proper labeling, and arrange pickups from the post office, UPS, FedEx, or other carriers. Perform reception duties including phone coverage, front‑door administration, and security. This position also includes administrative duties.

As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility is to perform data entry tasks to update automated records and ensure the accuracy of work. You will be responsible for batching documents, keying data from source documents, and verifying the correctness of entries in a timely and efficient manner.
The pay range for this position starts at $20.00 an hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonus opportunities may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
