C&C Heating and Air Conditioning in the Metro-Detroit area is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to be the frontline contact with clients, providing exceptional service via phone, email, and chat.

The successful candidate will be professional, detail-oriented, and motivated to help others, with strong data-entry skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a team.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in customer service or a client-facing role preferred.
• Strong proficiency with office software applications and accurate data entry skills.
• Bilingual skills are a plus and highly valued.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Positive attitude with patience, empathy, and professionalism when assisting customers.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up with clients and address questions or concerns
• Provide accurate product information, assist with order processing, and resolve issues
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through precise data entry
• Use computer systems to track requests, feedback, and resolutions
