Seaside Plumbing serves homeowners across the Eastern Shore of Maryland and Delaware, seeking a skilled Plumbing Supervisor to ensure projects meet Seaside standards. The role focuses on site visits, validating scope, and maintaining high-quality workmanship.

You will coach technicians on quality and safety, document findings with notes, photos, and video, and promptly communicate issues to keep every job on track and aligned with customer expectations.
