Job summary

Topo Athletic, part of Designer Brands, is seeking a Customer Experience Representative in Framingham, MA. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, retailers, and partners, handling inquiries, processing returns, and coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product and Finance to keep orders moving smoothly.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years of customer service experience and strong communication skills, with proficiency in Outlook and Excel.

Qualifications

1–2 years in customer service or a related role.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience with ERP/CRM tools such as NetSuite or NuORDER is a plus.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for customers, retailers, and partners via phone and email.
Monitor queues in the CRM platform and respond within 2 business days.
Resolve customer concerns with empathy and a solutions-oriented approach.
Support warranty/quality inquiries, RMAs, credits with Finance, and returns via Happy Returns.
Process wholesale orders and coordinate with Sales Representatives and retailers.
Collaborate across Marketing, Operations, Product, and Finance to keep orders moving.
