Job summary

Walgreens Co. is hiring a Customer Service Associate to deliver a distinctive customer experience at the point of sale. You will greet customers, assist with products, and complete transactions with courtesy and efficiency.

Maintain clean shelves, recommend items, and assist with photo services and online order pickup. Flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends is required; prior retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Registers sales and processes payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and well merchandised; takes inventory and maintains records.
• Assists with separation of food items and stock rotation; uses first in, first out method.
• Provides customer service in the photo area and supports web pick-up responsibilities.
