Job summary

Walgreens Co. is hiring a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, assist with products, and process transactions at the register. You will maintain clean shelves, stock displays, and help with promotional setups while following store policies.

Flexibility for evenings and weekend shifts is required. Prior retail experience and knowledge of store systems are preferred; training will be provided to ensure outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English. (Except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Register purchases, process returns, exchanges, and refunds as needed.
• Keep counters and shelves clean and merchandised; price items as directed.
• Protect assets and comply with store policies.
• Construct and maintain displays and promotional setups.
• Assist with web pick-up and photo area services; promote related products.
• Assist with maintenance and appearance of the store interior and exterior.
• Complete special assignments as directed.
