Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services, resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Register sales on assigned cash register and handle transactions, returns, exchanges, and refunds as needed.
• Maintain counters, shelves, and displays; price merchandise and perform stock checks.
• Provide customer service in the photo area, including passport photo services and promotional print products.
• Assist with exterior and interior store maintenance and comply with company policies.
