Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to warmly welcome customers, help them find the right products, and provide friendly service in-store. You may work in various departments, assisting with product locations, stocking, and order processing to ensure customers receive what they need when they need it.

You will join a diverse team that values bilingual skills, strong communication, and the ability to adapt across departments.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones/tablets
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs unassisted

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock merchandise by replenishing shelves
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise on time
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
