Millcraft Paper Company in Cincinnati is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to join our team. You will be the main point of contact for customers, process orders, answer inquiries, and help improve the overall customer experience with timely information and exceptional service.

Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, you will collaborate with internal teams, upsell products when appropriate, and uphold Millcraft policies while embodying our core values of Family, Passion, Aspire,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in specialized products.
• Proficient with ERP (D365) and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and changes; resolve fulfillment issues.
• Respond to inquiries, complaints, and product support promptly.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and concerns.
• Maintain rapport with customers and vendors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve experience.
• Provide product recommendations and upsell where appropriate.
• Uphold Millcraft policies and safety standards.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to projects.
