Indeed Flex is seeking a results-driven role focused on improving the match between workers and jobs while helping clients meet hiring targets. You will analyze shift patterns, job requirements, and the pool of Flexers to maximize fill rates and satisfaction.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement in a predominantly in-office environment with optional remote Thursdays.

• Elevate Customer Experience: Drive a world-class customer experience by efficiently resolving support tickets and delivering the 'Flexer' experience.
• Data & Analytics: Generate, analyze, and present reports on bookings and operational metrics to identify trends and drive decisions.
• Cross-Functional Liaison: Serve as an operational bridge between internal stakeholders, clients, and Flexers.
• Process Optimization: Support new procedures and contribute to continuous improvement for team efficiency.
