pOpshelf is seeking a Team Member to serve customers, stock and merchandise displays, and operate cash registers in a fast-paced store environment in Tupelo, MS. You will also assist with daily cleaning, restocking, and following company standards to protect assets.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, basic math, and ability to work across multiple registers during peak times. Prior retail experience is helpful but not required.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as diagrams, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures manuals.
• Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills.
• Ability to stock and display merchandise.
• Basic mathematical skills and cash handling ability.

Responsabilidades

• Provide superior customer service to exceed the customer's expectations.
• Maintain a safe, clean and well-organized store environment.
• Assist in merchandising and creating eye-catching displays.
• Operate cash register(s) and assist customers with purchases.
• Help customers with self-checkout at multiple registers.
• Follow company policies and procedures as outlined in manuals.
