Job summary

Family Farm and Home in Michigan is seeking a Team Member to support daily store operations, assist customers, stock merchandise, operate the POS system, and help maintain a clean, safe shopping environment.

Successful candidates will be able to work flexible schedules including weekends, have good communication and organizational skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Basic computer literacy and POS familiarity.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with inquiries.
• Stock products and maintain back stock areas.
• Operate the POS and handle cash processes.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness.
• Participate in in-store promotions and signage.
• Support safety and loss prevention measures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
