Job summary

Family Farm and Home in Michigan is seeking a Team Member to help customers, stock shelves, operate the POS, and keep the store neat and safe. You will greet shoppers, sign up programs, and support daily store operations.

This role requires flexibility for weekends, evenings, and holidays, is 18+, and involves lifting up to 50 lbs. Training is provided to use our systems and handle merchandise and signage.

Qualifications

• Greet customers and provide friendly service to drive satisfaction.
• Assist with stocking, back stock, and store appearance maintenance.
• Promote loyalty programs and financing options to customers.
• Process orders, handle special orders online, and assist with inquiries.
• Operate POS and follow cash handling procedures.
• Support signage changes and in-store promotional activities.
• Assist with receiving, freight, and out-of-stock workflows.
• Maintain store safety and monitor for loss prevention risks.
• Keep sales floor, restrooms, and break room clean and organized.
• Operate forklift/pallet jack safely when required (age 18+).
