Job summary

Family Farm and Home in Michigan is seeking a Team Member to help maintain store appearance, stock shelves, assist customers, and operate the POS while supporting loyalty programs and promotions.

You will engage with customers, help process orders, and ensure a clean, safe shopping environment. Flexibility for weekends/evenings/holidays is required, with physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Promote Family Farm and Home mission statement and family values.
• Executes daily operational goals and priorities assigned by store management.
• Greet customers as they enter/exit the store and assist them in person and online.
• Process transactions at the POS and follow cash handling procedures.
• Assist in signage, price changes, and in-store merchandising as directed by management.
• Assist in freight, recovery and out of stock processes.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety and support audits and inspections.
• Operate a forklift and/or pallet jack safely (age requirement applies).
• Contribute to a positive working environment for all team members.
