Store - WASHINGTON, MO

Deliver a customer-centric shopping experience by managing front-end operations and expectations. Lead omnichannel processes and maintain store recovery standards to uphold our Brand Promises. Provide friendly customer service.

  1. Assist Store Manager in adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure legal compliance and store standards.
  2. Ensure all front end policies are followed; meet KPIs; manage team to achieve their KPIs.
  3. Plan and execute in-store events and classes.
  4. Lead omnichannel processes.
  5. Manage shrink and safety programs.
  6. Assist with cash reconciliation, bank deposits, inventory processes, RTV, and ASN activities.
  7. Support onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management of team members.
  8. Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
  9. Interact positively with customers, assist with locating products, and provide solutions.
  10. Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and cross-training in custom framing.
  11. Lead high-quality custom framing delivery in stores without a Framing Manager.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Retail management experience preferred.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment: Ability to stand long periods, move throughout the store, lift heavy objects, and work nights, weekends, and early mornings in a climate-controlled environment.
