You will connect customers with the right people, information, and resources, coordinating across estimating, operations, and other departments to move work forward and resolve issues. The role requires proactive problem solving in a heavy manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Direct customer interaction experience that builds trust and credibility.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and the details that matter.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and keep customers informed before they have to ask.
• Coordinate RFQs, quotes, and order details with accuracy.
• Work closely with estimating, operations, and other departments to set clear next steps.
• When issues arise, bring the right people together and close the loop quickly.
• Identify bottlenecks and streamline handoffs using ERP tools.
