Store - RICHMOND-WHITE OAK, VA

Job Summary

Deliver a customer-centric shopping experience by managing and delivering effective front-end operations and expectations. Lead the omnichannel processes. Maintain store recovery standards to deliver our Brand Promises. Deliver friendly customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist Store Manager in leading adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements; ensure execution of policies and standards; hold team accountable for store conditions and results.
  2. Ensure all front end policies and procedures are followed; achieve KPIs and manage team to meet their KPIs.
  3. Plan and lead execution of class and in-store events in line with Company programs.
  4. Lead omnichannel processes.
  5. Manage and execute shrink and safety programs.
  6. Assist with cash reconciliation, bank deposits, and inventory processes including RTV and ASN activities.
  7. Assist with onboarding of new team members.
  8. Train, observe, and coach the customer experience team to achieve results; participate in performance management; support talent development; utilize leadership competencies for self-development.
  9. Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
  10. Interact respectfully with others; promote a positive image; serve as a role model.
  11. Acknowledge customers, assist with locating products, and provide solutions.
  12. Participate in truck unloading and stocking to ensure standards are met within budget.
  13. Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production.
  14. In stores without a Framing Manager, lead delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions, managing workload in partnership with the Store Manager.
Additional Duties

Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

Retail management experience preferred.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment
  • Ability to stand for long periods, move throughout the store, and perform bending, lifting, reaching, and stretching.
  • Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves with ladders or similar equipment.
  • Work involves outdoor activities and working in climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled areas, including stock rooms and outdoor tasks.
  • Work hours may include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
