Store - TAMPA-S DALE MABRY, FL

Deliver a customer-centric shopping experience by managing front-end operations, leading omnichannel processes, and maintaining store recovery standards to uphold Brand Promises. Provide friendly customer service.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist Store Manager in ensuring compliance with SOPs and company policies; manage store conditions and results.
  • Follow all front end policies; meet KPIs and manage team performance.
  • Plan and execute in-store events and classes.
  • Lead omnichannel processes and manage shrink and safety programs.
  • Assist with cash handling, inventory processes, and onboarding new team members.
  • Train and coach customer experience team; participate in performance management and talent development.
  • Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
  • Interact positively with customers, assist with locating products, and provide solutions.
  • Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and cross-train in custom framing sales and production.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Retail management experience preferred.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

  • Ability to stand long periods, move throughout the store, lift heavy boxes, and work nights, weekends, and early mornings.
