As our nationwide growth accelerates, our Customer Experience Manager in Mechanicsburg plays a key role in driving forward our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home by handling outbound business following the initial appointment and retaining leads.

As a Customer Experience Manager at West Shore Home, you will contribute to this mission by preserving leads that failed to convert at first contact, all while keeping the local sales team dedicated to pursuing fresh leads.

What You’ll Contribute

In this role, you can expect to:

  • Understand the customer’s reasons for not proceeding after the initial appointment and clearly communicate why West Shore Home is the right choice for their project
  • Preserve potential leads if the initial appointment does not result in a successful sale
  • Keep accurate notes and data to support collaboration with the Sales Retention Manager in saving leads after unsuccessful initial appointments

  • This role is a salaried, exempt position that is not eligible for overtime pay.

More to Know

  • Schedule: Must be available to start sales appointments virtually from 9:00am to 7:00pm Monday – Friday, with varying schedules that can change up to 2 hours before an appointment. At times, deals may be written during off-hours up to 9pm EST and until 5pm EST on Saturdays.
  • Location: Mechanicsburg, PA
