Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Customer Experience Manager is responsible for the following duties, in addition to other assigned tasks:

  1. Oversees all aspects of front-end department operations. May assume full store responsibilities in the absence of management.
  2. Promotes excellent customer relations by instilling positive, customer-focused behavior with associates. Handles customer questions and resolves concerns professionally.
  3. Enforces cash handling, security measures, and compliance with all policies and regulations.
  4. Assists with cashier operations, including audits and support during busy times.
  5. Assists in onboarding and training front-end associates, and participates in performance reviews.
  6. Uses scheduling systems to meet business demands while achieving labor and sales goals.
  7. Manages supplies and inventory levels effectively.
  8. Controls customer flow, manages checkouts, and monitors wait times.
  9. Oversees lot attendant services and ensures parking lot safety and cleanliness.
  10. Operates checkout equipment and assists with customer service inquiries.
  11. Maintains equipment functionality and reports issues promptly.
  12. Communicates promotions and sales to staff, and participates in store meetings.
  13. Ensures safety and sanitation standards are met throughout the store environment.
  14. Supports other department duties as trained and needed.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Supervises all front-end associates and may lead the store in management's absence.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; business degree preferred. Minimum 3 years management experience in retail or related field.

Pay and Benefits

Starting at $19.00/hr up to $27.00/hr, with a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and more.
