Mohawk Industries’ Dal-Tile division is seeking a Manager Customer Experience - Builder to lead a team focused on premier service and delivery. You will drive customer-centric initiatives and partner with core process leads to simplify operations and reinvest in people.

The role requires 6–8 years of relevant experience and 1–3 years of management, with a strong emphasis on communication and problem solving. This is an in-office, direct-hire opportunity in Dallas, TX.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 6-8 years relevant experience.
• 1-3 years of management experience.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Flexible attitude, able to multitask and manage time effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day activities of a customer experience team.
• Lead development of customer-centric initiatives and process improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve service issues and drive efficiency.
• Identify deficiencies and implement corrective actions.
• Provide resource and cost input to meet department budgets and productivity targets.
• Serve as the service leader and customer advocate for Mohawk Industries Customer Service.
• Prepare KPIs and management reports for leadership.
