Join our 1-800-GOT-JUNK? Twin Cities team as a Customer Experience Lead where you’ll bring energy, talk to customers, and close on-site sales with integrity. You’ll remove junk safely and deliver WOW moments on every job.

This on-site role in Minneapolis includes profit share, tips, and a full benefits package. DOT Medical Certification is required to drive, which we’ll arrange and cover; expect fast-paced days, opportunities to advance, and a supportive team culture.

Formación

• Sales-focused with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Create WOW moments through outstanding customer service.
• Lead pricing conversations, close on-site sales, and deliver clear estimates.
• Remove junk safely from homes and businesses.
• Drive, navigate, and operate box trucks (training provided).
• Lift, carry, load, and maneuver items up to 75+ lbs.
• Represent our brand with integrity and professionalism.
