Southwind, the franchise group behind 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, is hiring for a Customer Experience Lead in Minneapolis, MN. This on-site role blends service and sales, rewarding energy, integrity, and strong communication with competitive pay and profit sharing.

As part of the Field Sales & Service Team, you’ll close on-site sales, deliver accurate estimates, lift and move items, drive a box truck (training provided), and uphold the brand with professional presence. DOT certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Create WOW moments through outstanding customer service.
• Lead pricing conversations, close on-site sales, and deliver clear estimates.
• Remove junk safely from homes and businesses.
• Drive, navigate, and operate box trucks (training provided).
• Lift, carry, load, and maneuver items up to 75+ lbs.
