InEight Inc. is seeking a Customer Experience Manager based in Perth to cultivate strategic partnerships with key clients and act as a trusted advisor.

This role drives onboarding, adoption, and renewal of our project controls solutions across major capital projects in infrastructure, mining, energy, and renewables. You will leverage deep project controls knowledge to deliver measurable outcomes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and lead workshops to ensure clients realize maximum value

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in construction or capital projects with client-facing focus.
• Experience in SaaS solutions or project controls software is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to onboard, train, and enable users across large deployments.

Responsibilities

• Provide best practice guidance across InEight project controls modules.
• Analyze cost, schedule data and build dashboards/reports.
• Advise on project controls methodologies and risk management.
• Lead client onboarding, adoption strategies and workshops.
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Product teams to drive value.
