You will work with Shopify, Gorgias and WMS to sync inventory and orders, perform picking, packing and shipping, lift up to 50 lbs, stand most of an 8-hour shift, and support escalated issues in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Experience with Shopify and Gorgias integration.
• Familiar with WMS synchronization of inventory and orders.
• Proven sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for most of an 8‑hour shift.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily wholesale/distribution branch orders from receipt to shipment.
• Improve customer service by resolving inquiries quickly and accurately.
• Ensure smooth order processing, shipping and returns.
• Handle escalated issues and guide the team to resolution.
• Track KPIs like resolution time and customer satisfaction.
