Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Store Team Member in SPANISH FORT, AL to deliver friendly customer service and assist customers in the store. You will process fast checkouts, enroll customers in rewards programs, and support omni-channel processes like BOPIS and SFS.

Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking shelves, performing planogram duties, and ensuring a well-merchandised, in-stock store. Evening/weekend shifts and standing for long periods are required.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to engage customers and provide solutions.
• Comfort with cash handling and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout experience and handle transactions.
• Promote Reward program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments.
• Support BOPIS and Ship From Store processes.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and shelf replenishment.
• Maintain in-stock store and recover merchandise as needed.
