Job summary

SIXT is seeking an Operational Support Associate in the Tampa area to support daily rental operations, improve fleet readiness, and drive sales performance. You will interact with customers face-to-face, manage vehicle readiness and movement, and contribute to a memorable rental experience with flexible hours and bonus opportunities.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused, organized, and able to handle a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through vehicle options, protection packages, and add-ons to maximize sales.
• Support customers throughout the rental journey, ensuring satisfaction and collecting feedback.
• Oversee fleet operations including vehicle readiness, inventory, and coordination with service partners.
• Ensure vehicle cleanliness, perform routine checks, and assist with driving and staging to maintain fleet efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, service updates, and customer interactions across teams.
