Job summary

Based in Store 4749-Forum at Olympia-LaneBryant-Selma, TX, this regular/part-time role requires strong communication, flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays, and comfort with mobile tech to assist customers.

Qualifications

• Strong sales or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient with mobile technology (Registers/iPad) to engage customers.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, and occasional heavier objects with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Sales and Service: identify customer needs and build relationships through conversation and product knowledge.
• Operations: support store tasks, prioritize responsibilities, protect assets and follow policies.
