Job summary

AllSpice.io is seeking a Customer Experience Engineer to help hardware engineering teams adopt our platform and expand usage. You will lead technical onboarding, guide ECAD project imports, and enable best-practice collaboration across design reviews and Git-based workflows.

You’ll act as a trusted technical partner to engineering leaders, uncover expansion opportunities, and partner with product and revenue teams to deliver measurable customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Experience communicating with senior engineers and technical leadership.
• Experience with ECAD tools (Altium, KiCad, Cadence, OrCAD) and Git workflows.
• Ability to diagnose complex technical problems and guide teams to solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical onboarding for new customers, helping electrical engineering teams deploy AllSpice into their hardware development workflows.
• Guide customers through importing ECAD projects and repositories and establishing Git-based collaboration practices.
• Train engineering teams on collaborative design reviews for schematics and PCB layouts using AllSpice.
• Serve as the primary technical advisor for customers as they integrate AllSpice into their development processes.
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts by helping teams unlock deeper value from the platform.
• Work with Account Executives to support expansion conversations and technical validation.
