Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key resource on the Customer Experience Team, supporting complex requests and continuously developing your expertise.
  • Build strong relationships with assigned customers, becoming a trusted partner and point of contact.
  • Assist with processing orders, quotes, and customer inquiries across a variety of accounts.
  • Apply your engineering knowledge to support product selection and generate accurate, competitive quotations.
  • Coordinate order processing to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and on-time delivery.
  • Provide timely updates and proactively manage order status and customer expectations.
  • Analyze inventory needs and recommend solutions to best support customers.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve challenges and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Go above and beyond to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Support team growth by sharing knowledge and helping others develop.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required
  • Experience: Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required. Recent or upcoming graduates are strongly encouraged to apply!
  • Skills & Attributes:
    • Outgoing personality with a strong desire to build relationships
    • Effective communicator, both written and verbal
    • High attention to detail and accuracy
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Additional Requirements:
    • Ability to work at a desk for extended periods (approximately 8 hours per day)
    • Willingness and ability to travel overnight as needed
