Job summary

Fun Town RV is seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Operator to join our Fort Worth team. You will manage incoming communications, maintain accurate CRM records, and help delegate daily tasks to support a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities include handling phone calls, chats, and client interviews, while ensuring timely follow-up on leads and tasks. A high school diploma or GED is required, with CRM experience considered a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related experience may be acceptable.
• CRM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls promptly, professionally, and courteously.
• Conduct client interviews and verify information.
• Handle online chats to support customers in real time.
• Locate or create company entities in CRM by searching names or phone numbers.
• Create and assign tasks based on customer needs and internal workflows.
• Follow up on Priority 7 Tasks and alert users of overdue tasks.
• Transfer calls to the appropriate party or department.
• Check phone lines each morning and report issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
• Monitor the New Leads Report for Parts and Service to ensure timely response.
• Use Interact to confirm lead parsing and assist with lead flow.
